Q: Within the project, what are the Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) of the Associated Partners? (All Calls)
A: The Grant Agreement does not dictate the terms of the IPR of the Associated Partners. This should be agreed with the consortium and Associated Partners and should be defined in the Consortium Agreement (and Partnership Agreement where relevant). A checklist for the consortium agreement can be found on the 'How to manage my project' page of the Marie Curie website. In addition the IPR helpdesk provides assistance to any EU funded project.
