Q: Do all the full ITN partners have to provide an audit certificate? (All Calls)
A: In FP7 a Certificate on Financial Statements (CFS) is required in place of an audit certificate. It is not required in all circumstances.
A CFS shall be submitted only when the amount of the Community financial contribution claimed by any beneficiary is equal to or superior to EUR 375.000, when cumulated with all previous payments for which a certificate on the financial statements has not been submitted (except for project of 2 years or less: CFS submitted at the end).
If a CFS is submitted for a cumulative amount less than EUR 375.000, the costs of the CFS cannot be charged to the project.
