Q: Concerning the relative allocation of budget considered acceptable between industry, research institutions and universities for a collaborative project under FP7. What is the maximum percentage allocated to universities that would be deemed acceptable ?
A: There is no existing threshold for budget allocation depending on the type of participant (SME, university, industry, etc.). Each research project is a particular case and it is not possible to come up with a general rule and indicate percentages for a category.
