Q: Call Fiche on FP7-NMR-2007_SMALL-1: the first stage of proposal must be composed of maximum 10 pages of S&T description and 2 pages about the consortium and estimated financial resources involved. As we understood from the Guide for applicants, for stage 1 Coordinator must fill the forms A1 and A2 (only for Coordinator). Does it mean that 2 pages, indicated in Call Fiche, are the forms A1 and A2? Or these forms don't include to 12 pages (10 plus 2 )? And 2 pages mean the description of the Consortium and the estimated financial resources involved written in plain-text form? 2) Concerning part B - 1.3 : for stage 1 we write the work plan as overview in plain-text form? 3) Could you take more exactly the numbers of participants from ICPC-countries in the small or medium-scale focused research project?
A: 1. The 10 pages limit described are for part B of the stage 1. proposal not Part A, for which the A forms should be filled in for the coordinator. The partnership and budget section with the two tables are part of section B and are additional to the 10 page limit. 2. For 1.3 S/T methodology and associated work plan, you only need to provide an overview of the work plan at stage 1 - not details of work packages etc. 3. Regarding participation of ICPC countries, unless specified in the Work Programme, there is no minimum number, but for Small and medium collaborative projects, the minimum of three minimum number of participating legal entities for all funding schemes set out in the Rules for Participation i.e. 3 entities from three different Member States or Associated countries must be respected.
