Q: There is a page limit of 10 pages for the B part. Which pages do count for the cover page, ethic table, work packages ? Which of these parts can be shifted into the appendix? What will be the real length of the tables, or is it not possible to change the length of the tables as provided? At what position should references be placed ? How many are possible or recommended ?
A: First of all, the cover page is not included in the 10 page limit. At stage one of this call you only have to provide an overview of the work plan for part 1.3, as stated in annex 4 of the Guide for proposers. You do not therefore have to do the detailed work plan with tables at this stage. Nor do you have to provide detailed information about work packages and their timing or fill in the ethics table until stage 2. If there are ethical issues regarding the project, these can be briefly described at stage 1. The only tables really required at stage 1 for part B, are those for part 6. partnership and budget but they are additional to the 10 pages requested. Tables such as those mentioned for Stage 2 proposals may be used if desired but will be counted as part of the 10 pages.
