Q: NMP proposal (large scale)- Part B under heading "2 Implementation": there is 4 subheadings. Every subheading has a maximum length for pages. Under the heading "2 Implementation" there is no such a maximum length mentioned in the Guide for Applicant, which we interpret that it is only the subheadings which has to be answered. However, we got a pictures from the Commission showing that heading"2 Implementation" should contains of max 4 pages. All implementation will already be written under heading 1 so what should these 4 pages under heading "2 Implementation" contain and why are they not mentioned in Guide for Applicant for NMP-large scale project for stage 2. What is correct in this matter ?
A: For part B (stage 2), first of all, the recommended lengths are indicative and open to a little flexibility on the part of the proposer. The proposer may choose to have some introductory text about implementation as a whole as well as the more detailed sub-heading sections, but it is not obligatory. The important thing is that the evaluators have a clear view of the management structure, participants and resources. Although, the suggested structure and lengths are not as strict as in Stage 1, the individual max lengths should be respected as far as possible and evaluators will appreciate concise and succinct presentation.
