Q: Sub-Scheme CP-FP: according to the guide for applicants, detailed Part A input is required from the coordinator only. We suppose that the four forms available within the EPSS for the Part A of the proposal should only be filled in for the coordinator. But where and how we can introduce the budget information for the other participants. We assume that the A 3.2 form is the summary of the budgetary information from all the partners in the project. Should we add the other participants A Forms using the "Proposal setup" function, including budgetary information? If not, should we allocate the whole budget for the project in the forms for the coordinator ?
A: Annex 3 of the Guide for applicants reads: "At stage 1 of a two-stage process, only a single set of budget figures and the corresponding requested EU funding is required for the whole project. These figures should represent the total project budget for all partners and should be submitted against the coordinator. The figures should match the totals presented in the budget table in Part B of the stage 1 proposal". A simplified version of the budget is all that needs to be submitted here at stage 1 of a two-stage process. This simplified version summarises the totals and the requested EU funding which are also presented in the budget table in Part B of the stage 1 submission. For each Type of Activity, enter the total anticipated costs against the first cost heading (i.e. Coordinator's "Personnel Costs"). For each Type of Activity, enter the Requested EU Contribution for the full proposal." You do not need to fill in A forms for the other participants but only for the coordinator and, as specified above, you should allocate the whole budget for the project in the forms for the coordinator.
