Q: In the topics "Poly -generation concepts for coal fired power plants" it is written that the "Collaboration with Chinese organisations is desired in this project..." - Does it mean that a participation of Chinese organisation is obligatory for submitting a project proposal or it is just an additional condition?
A: The participation of a Chinese partner is not an eligibility criterion for the topic. Thus a proposal from a consortium not comprising a Chinese partner can be eligible. However, the quality of a proposal is evaluated vis-à-vis the call text and to which extend the requests specified in the call text are met by the proposal.
