Q: Is intra-consortium mobility accepted (COFUND)?
A: Applicant programmes may consist of an international consortium of research institutions, which propose the use of the programme to exchange researchers between themselves. This is not formally excluded, although such programmes should be aware that any form of restriction to the mobility and free choice of the participating researchers is in principle a limiting factor and should be duly justified, as this will be taken into account during evaluation.
