Q: What are the coordinators supposed to do if they have introduced a proposal with a mistake?
A: There is a very binding set of rules to be applied throughout under each call: in legal terms the text and data to be considered are only those that have been introduced before the closing of the call. No document or information delivered after the deadline will be given to experts or taken into account by the Commission. Please note however that the evaluation experts will most likely spot mistakes and other inconsistencies and, in case the proposal is singled out for financing, they will make sure that the problem is thoroughly addressed in the relevant instructions for negotiation.
