Q: In the guide for applicants (i.e. Cooperation) it is mentioned that to submit the proposal an authorisation from all partners is needed. Is there and official form of such an authorisation, who should sign it? (is this the person that is authorised to sign Project contract, e.g. a University Rector?)
A: There is no official form. The disclaimer is there to prevent proposal coordinator entering reference institution in their proposals without even contacting them. This in order to bias the evaluation results.
