Q: Within the Guide for applicants limited numbers of pages are given for a certain part of proposal. What are the specifications of the page layout: font and the minimum size, size of page margins and space, also number of characters of one page.
A: No such specifications have been given for the first calls in FP7. It is, however, clearly in your interest to make sure that your proposal is well laid out, and that it can be clearly read by the evaluators. There is nothing to be gained by squeezing extra information into the maximum number of pages, if this is to the detriment of clarity. Please also note that in general, it is not recommended to use font sizes smaller than 11 pt. or page margins smaller than 1.5 cm.
