Q: Are third country researchers who have legally resided and had their main activity for a certain number of years in a Member State/Associated State and treated as nationals of this State, eligible to apply for the IOF scheme?
A: No, researchers fulfilling this criterion are eligible for an Intra-European Fellowship but not for an International Outgoing Fellowship which is only open to researchers who are nationals of a Member or Associated State.
