Q: Can legal entities from Third Countries participate to a proposal for the FP7 Space Theme?
A: Yes. In the Space Call 2007, all topics are open to International Cooperation. In particular, entities from International Cooperation Partner Country (ICPC) listed in the Annex 1 of the Work Programme “Cooperation” 2007 are welcome especially in the context of GMES agenda in developing countries. The potential participants need to justify the benefit for the International Cooperation in the proposal. Specific Cooperation Actions dedicated to ICPC under the “SICA” participation rules (2+2 rule) are not foreseen in the Space Work Programme.
