Q: What is a "scale of unit cost" (COFUND)?

A: This is a fixed amount that will be determined during the grant agreement negotiation phase, see above on fellowship costs. It is calculated separately for each broad type of mobility (incoming, outgoing, re-integration) and based on the average (annual) costs of a fellowship. This amount is then multiplied by the expected fellow years to be funded in each category.
