Q: Are the management costs and overheads indicated among the eligible costs for the organisation that manages the fellowships (who submits the proposal) or for the host organisations that employ the fellows?
A: The management and overhead contributions are considered to be part of the fellowship costs and may represent respectively up to 7% and 10% of the total. These costs may include those incurred by the legal entity managing the fellowship programme, as well as those of the host institution. The breakdown of the fellowship costs should clearly indicate the balanced distribution of these management costs and overheads between both the programme management entity and the hosting organisations.
