We are a national research organisation promoting research / a regional body/, but we are not funding fellowships yet. Can we participate?

A: Yes, you are eligible to participate because you intend to finance and manage a fellowship programme with help of the COFUND contribution. You should submit your proposal to Panel B "New fellowship programmes".
