Q: We are a public body managing national fellowships. Now we would like to offer also trans-national fellowships. Are we considered as a new or as an existing programme (COFUND)?
A: As you have experience in managing a fellowship programme you should submit your proposal to Panel A "Existing fellowship programmes". The fact that you would like to offer for the first time trans-national fellowships is not considered as a (completely) new programme, but as an extension.
