Q: Does the EU provide funding for conferences and events hosted within EU countries either under FP7 or another program?
A: We regret to inform you that there are no specific calls for organisation of conferences and events under the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7). Funding for thematic research under the FP7 is implemented through the specific programme "Cooperation", information on which can be found on CORDIS at:http://cordis.europa.eu/fp7/cooperation/home_en.html. We suggest that you consult the Provisional Work Programmes, available for every theme. These provide a detailed overview of different topics, activities and funding schemes.
