Q: Does the company that opts for a flat rate need to present supporting documents for these costs?
A: Beneficiaries that charge their indirect costs on the basis of a flat rate do not have to provide any supporting documents concerning indirect costs actually incurred. However, beneficiaries' eligibility to opt for a 60% flat rate and the correctness of direct costs (on the basis of which the flat rate is calculated) will be subject to verification.
