Teresa Patricio

Teresa Patricio is professor of sociology at the Lisbon University Institute (ISCTE). She is a Fulbright New Century Scholar (2009-2010) and a visiting researcher at the Centre for the Study of Higher Education at Penn State University. She spent two years as a Visiting Researcher at the Université du Québec à Montréal. She has significant policy experience as vice-president of the Institute for International Cooperation in Science and Technology and in the Ministry of Higher Education in Portugal. She was also a policy advisor to the National Science Advisor in Canada.
