Manfred Horvat
Currently, Manfred Horvat is honorary professor for European and International Research and Technology Cooperation at Vienna University of Technology and acts as senior advisor for ministries in Austria and other countries and as expert for the European Commission and international organisations. From 1993 to 2006, as director for European and International Research and Technology Cooperation in BIT and FFG, Austria, he was responsible for the operational implementation of the Community Framework Programme in Austria.
