Kerstin Eliasson
Kerstin Eliasson is a former Deputy Minister for Higher Education and Research in Sweden. She is currently on the Board of the European Commission Joint Research Centre (JRC), Swedish delegate to the Strategic Forum for International Science and Technology Cooperation (SFIC), advisor to Uppsala University on international cooperation and member of several Swedish foundations for international exchange in research.
