Ken Guy
Ken Guy is currently a Senior Scientist at IPTS. Formerly an academic at SPRU and founder of Technopolis and Wise Guys, he was Chairman of the Expert Group responsible for the report that underpinned the European Commission’s 3% Action Plan for Investing in Research and has supported CREST in the implementation of the plan by reviewing R&D and innovation policy mixes across Europe. Prior to this meeting he was Rapporteur for the EU Expert Group advising on research policies post-2010
