Anastasios Giannitsis
Anastasios Giannitsis, born 1944, is professor of Development and International Economics Department, University of Athens. He is author of numerous publications on industrial issues, international integration, specialization and competitiveness, foreign investment, social policy, technology-innovation and technology policy and on Greek economic policy issues. He was chief economic advisor to the Prime Minister, Minister of Labor (2000-1) and Alternate Foreign Minister (2001-4).
