Catering

A welcome cocktail (11.30-13.00) and an evening cocktail (18.00-20.00) on Tuesday 26 June are offered by the European Commission as well as the coffee breaks during the conference.

Conference languages

The European Commission will provide simultaneous interpretation in 3 languages: English, German, French in plenary sessions.
