Environmental impacts and total food chain

This includes research into protecting both human health and the environment through a better understanding of the environmental impacts on and from food/feed chains.

This involves the study of food contaminants and health outcomes, monitoring environmental effects, and developing enhanced tools and methods for the assessment and management of impacts on, and resistance of, food and feed chains to global changes, in particular in the environment.
