The training course, from May 28 to June 1, aims to demonstrate and transfer to young researchers and students traditional methods and new chemical and immunological systems for rapid, robust and user-friendly analysis of mycotoxins in the food chain. The course will be developed mainly in the laboratory for practical learning.
