The JASMINE HELPDESK allows you to lodge detailed information requests about JASMINE Technical Assistance, the Code of Good Conduct for Microfinance institutions / Microcredit providers, the CGAP's Client Protection Principles, Market Updates, European Microfinance characteristics and funding possibilities through the European Progress microfinance Facility (EPMF).

Your enquiry will be treated by the "European Microfinance Network" (EMN) in the framework of the JASMINE initiative launched by the Commission.
