Improvements to Inforegio website
(29 April 2011)
The European Commission is making some changes to its website on EU regional policy, taking into account feedback from users of the site.
A new version of the Inforegio website was launched in English, French and German on 29 April. This includes the following improvements:
- Updated presentation of EU regional policy
- New 'information sources' section (publications, analysis, videos, photos, maps, legal texts)
- Clearer navigation and organisation of content
- Search engine
We will be making as much content as possible available in 22 EU languages as soon as possible. However, due to translation constraints and the fact that certain items (eg news) are time sensitive, some information will only be available in a limited number of languages.
Further improvements to the website are planned during the course of 2011 (including the pages presenting information about the implementation of EU funding in each region).
Please note that you may come across some outdated content and/or broken links while we are archiving the old web pages.
If you have any comments or suggestions for improving the Inforegio website, please contact the European Commission's DG for Regional Policy.
