Finalist: Integrated health and social centres

2 new health and social service centres are developed in Molenbeek and Cureghem, Brussels. They will provide integrated services in social support, mental health and primary health care, for a mixed population of the neighbourhood, with a special focus on accessibility for vulnerable groups, including migrants. 1 mobile team of workers is developing an outreach program with medibus, and social consultations inside some primary care services, to support migrants in their rights to access to health care.

The ranking shows the preliminary results, based on the votes received through the InfoRegio website and does not contain the additional social media votes of the last week. The final winner of the public choice award will be announced during the award ceremony at 19:00 9 October 2018!
