The programme will pair 50 businesses with a personal mentor to aid their development. It combines the mentorship programme with practical workshops that provide focused training in key areas like business modelling, sales and product development.

A crucial part of the project is the peer-to-peer learning aspect, where new business owners exchange ideas, criticism and experiences with each other. Participants also have the option to switch mentors if they prefer, which adds flexibility to the programme.

The companies that take part achieve on average three times more growth than those that do not, according to an analysis by Enterprise Estonia. And the best part? No fees are charged – it is free for all.
