For 2007–13, Sweden has been allocated almost €2 billion in total Cohesion Policy funding: €1.6 billion under the Regional Competitiveness and Employment Objective1 and €265 million under the European Territorial Cooperation Objective.Sweden has eight regional programmes funded by the ERDF. One national countrywide programme is funded by the ESF.
