The Urban Development Network (UDN) is a network promoting capacity-building, networking and exchange of experience at Union level between urban authorities responsible for implementing sustainable urban development strategies (Art 7 ERDF) and urban authorities responsible for Urban Innovative Actions (Art 8 ERDF). As we are entering the second call for the Urban Innovative Actions (closing 14 April) the UDN is starting to focus more actively on the Urban Innovative Actions as well. The UDN will bring together cities and experts to learn from each other and will offer cities the opportunity to discuss the ideas amongst cities as well as between cities and experts.

Together with the Polish authorities we organize this specific UDN seminar on the Urban Innovative Actions 9 February in Poland (Warsaw).

The draft programme for this event you can find on this page.

The registration is open.

There will be general sessions about the UIA and tailor-made support. The method used for the tailor-made support is a speed date approach allowing cities to have a 1 to 1 discussion with experts on their idea. If you have an interest to have a 1 to 1 conversation with an expert please register for this event as soon as registration is open (11-January). The registration will include a section linked to the speed-dating possibility where you will have to fill in information about your project idea.

If you have any questions please contact us through REGIO-UDN@ec.europa.eu.
