Programme description

Main objectives

The Operational Programme (OP) aims to strengthen the country’s administrative capacity in coordinating, managing and supervising the European Structural and Investment (ESI) Funds. It will mainly focus on ensuring the coordination of the activities set under the Partnership Agreement and all related Operational Programmes, as well as improve monitoring, audit and certification of those programmes.

Funding priorities

The Programme will focus on two main priorities:

  • Supporting the management and coordination of the Partnership Agreement
  • Ensuring a single monitoring system based on a high degree of data computerization

Expected impacts

  • More than 500 employees managing ESI funds to be financed
  • Reduce staff fluctuation and increase their satisfaction levels
  • At least 85% of the Czech citizens informed about the ESIF
  • Increased interest of the public in ESIF
  • Trainings, workshops and seminars to be organised on topics such as public procurement and fight against corruption and fraud
  • Organise information and communication events
  • Support the fulfilment of the ex-ante conditionalities
  • 90% of the processes related to ESIF implementation launched online
