Official Reception

The official reception of OPEN DAYS 2008 is an event organised for participants and partners on the evening of Wednesday 8 October. It will take place at the Committee of the Regions headquarters and will be co-organised with Euro-Toques International (European organization bringing together 4000 Chefs in 18 Member States. All the Chefs subcribe to the principle of a code of conduct garanteeing quality, seasonality and safeguarding of European gastronomy and culinary traditions deeply rooted in the culture of all our Regions).

The Euro-Toques Chefs will present you the European Culinary Heritage from the Regions.
