The future of Cohesion Policy beyond 2006: Contributions to the debate between 2001 and 2004


This site presents contributions to the debate about the future of Cohesion policy beyond 2006. These contributions were submitted by actors at the European, national or regional levels, between the publication of the Second and Third Cohesion Reports, published by the Commission in February 2001 and February 2004 respectively. The papers sent to the European Commission are presented in their original form in the sections you will find below. The Commission has neither revised nor translated any of these documents.
