Fourth European Cohesion Forum

Practical information

Registration to the Fourth Cohesion Forum is only possible upon invitation. To facilitate a balanced representation of participants from all Member States, regions and local and European levels, these invitations were sent to the revelant bodies in June 2007. It will be possible to follow the event on 27 and 28 September through a video link at this page.

Welcome desk
A welcome desk will be available for participants on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 from 08.30 am until the end of the conference.

Fees
There are no registration fees for this conference.

Lunch
The European Commission invites all participants to a buffet lunch at the conference venue on Thursday 27 September 2007.

Hotel accommodation
Participants are kindly requested to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. The European Commission will not reimburse these expenses.

Interpretation
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for several EU official languages: DE EL EN ES FR IT PL PT.
