Paving the way for new 'organic' electronics

16 researchers from 12 countries worldwide develop smaller and more powerful electronics

A group of leading scientists funded by the Marie Curie Actions, a research programme managed by the REA, has built a new device that can be switched on and off without electricity, just with light.

This breakthrough is an outcome accomplished in the framework of SUPERIOR, a research network bringing together leading physicists, chemists and engineers working on lightweight, low-heat 'organic' electronics.
