Searching for gold values for the future of the EU
Summary
The main goal of the project is to exchange experience and develop cooperation between the people of both municipalitys Złotoryja and Kalnik along with European range in their activities. Such exchange of experience, practice and methods of cooperation between cities will contribute to raising awareness of cultural diversity, social and economic development of European society and a better understanding of areas of common interest.In search of the golden values that cherish EU, we want to develop common dialogue between diverse stakeholders from all kind of societies for better understanding those traditional values that EU promote as important. Local self- government is the democratic instance that is somehow closest to the local inhabitants. We want to acchieve active involvement of economy and civil socieites of both countries on the change of experiences. By this project there is an idea to use the distance between the countries for one goal and that is the cooperation on the field of economy, culture and welfare. Through this project the main values of EU should be transmitted on three sectors of societies: public, civil and economic. Special place in this project should take young people to establish knowledge of democracy and parlamentarism, as well as getting the opportunity to exchange their knowledges for the benefit and the future of EU.
