The object of the contract is to replenish first aid stations in buildings occupied or to be occupied by the European Commission, the Publications Office of the European Union (OP) and the Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union (CdT ), in Luxembourg.Please note that the site visit mentioned in point I.4 of the specifications (foreseen on Tuesday 16/04/2013) is optional.
The object of the contract is to conduct checks, in the interests of hygiene, on foodstuffs, ambiant air, water distribution system and equipment, located in the buildings occupied, or to be occupied, falling under the responsibility of the Institutions in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.
To enter into a service contract to analyse the air quality in order to detect and identify, via electronic microscope, the presence of asbestos fibres in the air of 3 buildings managed by the contracting authority in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Le contrat a pour objet les prestations de services pour la maintenance des équipements techniques de l'atelier de reproduction de la Commission européenne. Ce service assure la production et la diffusion de documents, de brochures pour la Commission ainsi que pour les autres institutions. Il est situé dans le bâtiment Jean Monnet, rue Alcide de Gasperi à Luxembourg.
Le marché se compose des lots suivants:
— lot 1: équipements de finition,
— lot 2: équipements de gravure,
— lot 3: équipements divers

The contract concerns the provision of services relating to:
– Lot 1: Pest control (treatment and application guaranteeing the non-proliferation of insects and rodents);
– Lot 2: Provision and maintenance of sanitary containers to be carried out in all buildings occupied or to be occupied in Luxembourg for which OIL and the Publications Office are responsible.
The object of the contract concerns the provision of services (Items I and II) with regard to the Euroforum, Hitec and Drosbach buildings and any other building or part of a building that the Commission may occupy in the future in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Item I: On-site technical management + on-going assistance

The contract is for the purchase of foodstuffs and their delivery to the restaurants of the European Commission in Luxembourg. The description of the lots is as follows:
The subject of this contract is express courier services with compulsory confirmation of delivery. The services include:
for sublot 1: dispatches from and to buildings in Luxembourg of the Commission, the Court of Justice, Court of Auditors, the Translation Centre and the European Schools I and II.
for sublot 2: dispatches from and to buildings of the European Parliament in Brussels, Luxembourg and Strasbourg and dispatches from and to buildings of the European Ombudsman in Strasbourg and Brussels.
Shuttle service to transport (on a rotating basis) mail in containers, bags, parcels and boxes to and from the different buildings/campus occupied and/or to be occupied by the institutions/bodies of the European Union in Luxembourg.
