The European Maritime Day Stakeholder Conference

Innovation, one of the priorities of the Spanish Presidency, is the overarching theme of the conference. Most of the events are being co-organised by maritime stakeholders, in the spirit of dialogue and cooperation across maritime sectors.
The programme includes over forty workshops grouped into the following thematic areas:
Integrated Maritime Policy Governance
Sustainability, growth and jobs
Science and Innovation
Environment
Sea-basin strategies
Cross-cutting policy tools
A number of stakeholders will showcase their activities at exhibition stands. Moreover, exhibitions and other events open to the public will be held around the city of Gijón.
The registration is now open. Participation in the conference is free of charge.
