Dear friends!
We hope that you had a great start to the New Year!
The first of three Youth in Action Programme deadlines for 2012 is just around the corner, for this reason an Information Meeting is being held on Wednesday 18 January at 6.00pm, at the EUPA premises in 36, Old Mint Street, Valletta . The 1 February deadline covers projects starting anytime between 1 May – 31 October 2012.
We would therefore like to invite a representative/s of your organisation, especially if interested in applying for YiA project funds to make it to the information meeting. Recurrent applicants and prospective ones are invited to attend especially in light of various updates as of 1 January 2012, particularly in funding mechanisms for the YiA actions.
This info meeting aims also to simplify the application process by tackling various related issues which past applicants encountered. Moreover, if you are not sure what your organisation would like to apply for this is also a good opportunity for you to understand further what YiA has to offer, while we will help you channel your interests accordingly.
The EUPA organises these information meetings and activities in order to come closer and offer support to its target audiences and applicants. It is also an opportune time to listen to the challenges recurrent applicants are faced with during application stage.
Your full cooperation in this information meeting is very much appreciated in order to better assist you and provide you with a better service. In the mean time, should there be anything that you would like that we tackle during the meeting, please let us know.
You are kindly requested to send an email to Karl Engerer (karl.engerer@gov.mt) with your representatives contact details by not later than Monday 16 January 2012, you may send more than one representative from your group.
Thanks and hope to see you!
Your YiA Team
N.B. This information meeting is open to residents of the Maltese Islands. The EUPA will not refund any travel expenses or issue visa invitations for any individuals wishing to travel to participate in this meeting.
