What is the EUPA?

With the new generation of Programmes, the setting up of the European Union Programmes Agency (EUPA) had to take place. The Agency is a separate legal entity from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Employment, allowing it to simplify measures and procedures for beneficiaries.

What is the European Documentation Centre (EDC)?

The EDC receives documentation published by the European Commission, the European Parliament and other European Community Institutions to ensure that the University community, as well as the general public has access to all the necessary documentation on the EU's activities.

The library is situated in the European Documentation and Research Centre (EDRC) at the University of Malta and is open to all. However members of the public should contact the documentalist before visiting the library to ensure that the material requiered is available. Questions and requests can be submittet by email.

What is The Malta Business Bureau?

The Malta Business Bureau (MBB) is the EU advisory office of the Malta Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise, the Malta Federation of Industry and the Malta Hotels and Restaurants Association and their respective members. Currently composed of two offices, one in Malta and another in Brussels, the MBB has proved to be a very useful point of reference for the Maltese business community and has helped the parent organizations and their respective members keep abreast of various EU developments which could have an impact on their operations. The MBB has always taken a proactive stance and regularly issues position papers on EU issues which are of relevance to the business community. It also organizes a series of information seminars which are always very well attended. In addition, the MBB also offers a tailor-made EU Funding Service on and provides assistance with funding calls, partner searches and the preparation of project proposals upon request.
