The envisaged surface is between 1500 to 1700 sqm (net usable) including the ground floor space for the Info-Point; conference and meeting rooms; storage area; and car parking. The properties to be proposed should have high visibility and be of easy access and located in a centre of town. Interested owners (or their representatives including the real-estate agencies) are requested to manifest their interest.
Each interested party will receive a full and detailed description of technical specifications the future Europe House needs to fulfil.
