Services provided by the Library
- The Luxembourg branch of the Central Library provides basically the same
services as the library in Brussels, but it's expertise is focused
on exploiting its specialised collections. It
fully co-operates in the development of the RéseauBiB network of the
internal libraries of the Commission and its holdings can thus be
searched in the
catalogue.

Details on the Luxembourg library collections and
holdings
- The collections of the Luxembourg library consist of general materials
on EU-integration, plus a specialised collection of statistics :
- EU Publications
- EU legislation, propositions and reports
- EU Official Journal, European Court of Justice reports in all
EU languages
- Official publications of international organisations ( UN, OECD,
etc.)
- Commercial publications
- 6,000 Annuals and journals
- Eurostat, member-states and several third countries official
statistical publications
- Reference works and encyclopaedias (at least one in each EU
language)
- CD-ROMs and access to on-line databases
- Some issues of the KOMPASS series of CD-ROMs, Europroms, Faostat,
etc.
- Daily newspapers : available in the reading room.
