The EU-funded project CELAN has been active for a year promoting language strategies for employability and competitiveness of European companies.
The European Commission will host CELAN's mid-term round table about the role of multilingual business strategies for competitiveness. The debate will be organised in combination with a meeting of the European Business Platform for Multilingualism on 30-31 January 2012.
The CELAN project, started in January 2011, is a network of Business Platform member organisations and affiliated organisations which aims at providing language services to business stakeholders.
