During the two days of the 8th Conference on LANGUAGES & BUSINESS, practitioners from corporate groups, SMEs, schools and universities will show how foreign languages and intercultural competencies can be effectively conveyed and aligned to specific target groups. A wide spectrum of topics and case studies will be presented and discussed in workshops, lectures and working groups. The European Commission will be hosting a session on the Lifelong Learning Programme on 17 June. The workshop will focus on how the programme supports language learning for mobility and development of skills for work. Speakers will include two project coordinators and one representative for the German National Agency for higher education, DAAD.
