  REVIEW PROCEDURE
 
  - In accordance with the Civil Procedure Act, the procedures applied for the purposes of Article 19 are, as appropriate, the 'Reopening of the case' (Articles 394-401 of the Civil Procedure Act) or a 'Request for reinstatement of the status quo' (Articles 116-120).

- For the review procedure and for the purposes of Article 19 of the Regulation, jurisdiction rests with the district courts (okrožna sodišča), in particular the court that ruled at first instance.

  REDRESS PROCEDURE
 
  In accordance with Article 109 of the Private International Law Act, decisions on redress procedures may be appealed against to the Supreme Court.
