The review procedure for the purposes of Article 19 is laid down in Article 7 of the International Maintenance Obligation Order, 2011 (LN452/11) on 'Appeal for a decision on an application for a declaration'. The court having jurisdiction in this regard is the Court of Appeal and the following are its contact details:

Once an appeal decision is handed down by the Court of Appeal there is no other form of redress available in Malta.
